About Us

Robberts Gouws Attorneys was founded by Danielle Robberts and Nicole Gouws in January 2018. The partners met in 2014 during their time as candidate attorneys and a friendship and partnership was born. Robberts Gouws boasts a passionate team of dynamic and highly professional individuals – the driving force behind this boutique Stellenbosch-based practise. The firm's youth affords clients the opportunity to enjoy a fresh approach at problem-solving.

Our outcome-based approach and competitive rates ensure that we deliver effective and affordable results.

At Robberts Gouws, we take a unique and pragmatic approach in order to limit acrimony and minimize the negative effect associated with legal disputes, especially within the family law field. We understand the trying circumstances that our clients face, which is why we dedicate ourselves to building relationships with clients based upon empathy, respect and confidentiality.
